While Dr. Panayides successful career began as a general, thoracic and vascular surgeon, his love for treating Chronic Venous Insufficiency began in the early 2000’s when he started the SAS Surgery & Vein clinic in Springfield, Ohio. As RejuVeination’s medical director, Dr. Panayides will provide clinical oversite to all RejuVeination clinics.
For the last 40 years, Dr Panayides took care of patients in Springfield and Clark County with pride, dedication, compassion and expertise. His commitment to excellence in care is a core value he brings everyday to RejuVeination patients.

DON DUKE, MD
Physician, RejuVeination–The Vein Restoration Group

Dr. Duke practiced Emergency Medicine in the Cincinnati area for 30 years. He has a diverse background having worked as medical adviser for local EMS departments and as game-day physician for the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and Xavier athletic events. He also served as Lead Physician in support of South Pole and McMurdo Stations in Antarctica for the National
Science Foundation. Dr. Duke also has an interest in wound care.
His most recent interest and focus though, is venous disease. He sees a significant opportunity here to make a difference in the lives of those who suffer with vein related leg pain.
